Before Your First Visit
Comfortable, loose clothing is best. We provide blankets, pillows, and everything else you need. Just arrive hydrated and ready to relax.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session. As a new client, you'll complete a brief intake on arrival (or you can complete the form above in advance).

Yes — please give at least 24 hours notice. Call us at 360.809.1946 or manage your appointment through your booking confirmation email.
Yes — session packages and monthly Innate memberships are available and offer significant savings. Ask about our options on your first visit or call ahead.
Yes, free parking is available at 578 N 5th Ave, Sequim. We're easy to find and accessible.
