NIR Sauna FAQ
Traditional saunas heat the air around you to high temperatures. FireLight® near infrared heats your body directly using light energy, penetrating up to 9 inches into tissue. The result is deeper healing at lower, more comfortable air temperatures.
Minimal clothing is recommended to maximize skin exposure to the near infrared light — this is what makes the therapy effective. We provide a private, comfortable space for your session.
Sessions are typically 30, 45, or 60 minutes. First-time clients often start with a shorter session to gauge their response, then extend over time.
For best results, regular sessions are recommended. Many clients come 2–3 times per week. Members enjoy unlimited access as part of their Innate membership.
NIR sauna therapy is generally safe and well-tolerated. However, if you are pregnant, have a serious heart condition, or take medications that affect heat tolerance, please consult your physician first.
Absolutely. Many clients pair the NIR sauna with The Light System™ or a Bio-Well scan for a comprehensive wellness session. Ask about combination options when you book.
