July Update
Happy July everyone(Even though it’s already almost over)! We are officially past the half way mark of the year! Let us take a moment to reflect on what has all unfolded in our lives since the start of the year. All of the blessings, growth, and amazing shifts but simultaneously also recognizing the struggles, trials & tribulations, and hardships that we’ve encountered. Did we handle those situations well? How did we react when things didn’t go our way? What did we learn from those experiences and how can we apply it to self improvement? These are questions we should ask ourselves frequently. Like training for the Olympics, self introspection is something that needs to be practiced to find a deeper meaning, feeling, motivation to oneself. Know that self awareness is your super power. It can mold whatever reality you desire. Remember, things don’t happen TO you, things happen FOR you. So lets take leaps, lets shift perspectives and lets not be afraid of change. You are the master of your own world, so make it one that makes you feel at peace within!
