Etanni Etanni Centers COMMUNITY CAMPAIGNGoal $40,000 · Until April 2027

Help Us Make Etanni Free for Everyone

Etanni is becoming a nonprofit. But we can’t get there without our community.

The plan

In April 2027, Etanni becomes Etanni Centers

At the end of April next year, Etanni will transform into Etanni Centers, a nonprofit health and wellness center organization. Current Etanni services, like The Light System, will be open and free to access for the public. Our goal is to keep this technology within reach for everyone, and to grow into even more accessible services in the years ahead.

Why a nonprofit?

Because it better aligns with the vision and mission we want to create: a community focused and supported wellness center.

Here’s the catch

We have to stay open until we get there

Becoming a nonprofit takes time and money. Between now and April, the center still has overhead expenses, legal fees, CPA Fees, Attorney Fees, State Filings, and a move to a new location that better serves and fits the vision for Etanni. That’s where we need your help.

1
Nonprofit legal filing and setupRegistering Etanni Centers as a nonprofit organization.
2
Facility rent and upgradesKeeping the doors open and preparing the space for public access.
3
Preparing the new spaceAltering the new space to fit our services and make it warm and inviting.
4
Moving inMoving to the new location and setting up in the new space, tuning the fine details.
What your gift makes possible
  • Free public access to The Light System when Etanni becomes a non profit
  • A nonprofit health and wellness center in Sequim, ran by donations and supported by the community
  • Etanni stays open and available to you between now and April

When does Etanni become a nonprofit?

At the end of April 2027, Etanni becomes Etanni Centers.

Where does my contribution go?

Nonprofit legal filing and setup, facility rent and upgrades, and the move to a new location, so Etanni stays open through the transition.

Is my contribution tax-deductible?

No. This is a community fundraiser, not a donation to a registered nonprofit, so contributions are not tax-deductible. Once Etanni becomes a nonprofit, our goal is to file for 501(c)(3) status so future support can be tax-deductible.

Can I still book sessions before April?

Yes. Etanni is open as usual. Book a session or call 360.809.1946.
